Initiated in Bangladesh in 1972, BRAC’s comprehensive and scaled up approach combines microfinance with health, agriculture, education and other social development programs, and strategically links all the programs together to counter poverty through livelihood generating and protection activities. For livelihood and adolescent girls’ development programs in Haiti, BRAC seeks to recruit committed Haitians for the following positions:

Project Manager (Livelihood)

Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
Able to assess needs and problems of farmers
Experience with planning, organizing and implementing livelihood programs designed for the poor
Able to work in a team and innovative self-starter
Excellent skills in developing small scale enterprises in the communities
Good track record with resource mobilization, project design and relationship building
Hold valid driving license for motor cycle
Fluent in Creole, French and English
