Fonctions

Primary objective of the job:

Through ongoing monitoring and process improvement, maintain KPIs in line with MMS-POS sales compliance and end-user support for dealer staff within the retail distribution.

Focus:
1. Work closely with local Compliance personnel to conduct process audits throughout the Sales and Distribution channel, and business support units to ensure that all processes are being followed and implement corrective measures where necessary.

2. Work in tandem with sales training unit, dealer executives and dealer support (customer care) to improve training and troubleshooting procedures to eliminate the unnecessary escalation of user related issues to vendor (MMS) and maximise productivity.

3. Act as liaison between Dealer Support (CC), Digicel Group and MMS to troubleshoot and resolve issues, generate VDOCS registration keys, conduct site visits to stores to assist in resolving issues that cannot be corrected by dealer executives.

4. Identify and report trend with the dealer channel that are not in compliance with Digicel retail KPIs regarding MMS-POS.
