"enpaK" is a non-profit Haitian development organization, without religious and political affiliation recognized by the Haitian Government. The Vision of “enpaK” is a country where all citizens, including the youngest and most marginalized, realize their potential and put their capacity together to play a meaningful role in the development of their country. The mission of "enpaK" is to contribute in strengthening local capacity and skills including those of civil society organizations, and grassroots community organizations, in order to improve the quality of their interventions with a human rights approach. Fonctions Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the MEL officer will provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and research support for strategic decision-making and will lead routine M&E, research and learning activities. S/he will be responsible for developing the MEL system and support all project stakeholders as well as developing methods and milestones to monitor the project’s progress towards its goals and contributing to program strategy to ensure that activities are carried out as planned and the program objectives are being achieved.
