FCA is inviting qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of the following lots:

• Lot 1: a special audit for an ICCO funded project, the period to be audited is May 1rst, 2013 to September 30, 2014; the audit report is due 30 November 2014; the report can be either in French or in English.

• Lot 2: A 2014 annual financial audit for projects implemented by Finn Church Aid Latin America and Caribbean (FCA LACRO). The period to be audited is January 1rst to December 31, 2014; the report is due 24 February 2015; the report must be written in English.
• Contractors can submit an EOI for one or all lots

Suppliers who have submitted an EOI with the required documentation will receive a RFP (Request for Proposal) with full details.

Interested contractors must do the following:
a. Complete the supplier registration available upon request from the FCA contact people ;
b. Indicate for which lots they are interested in ;
c. Experience in the auditing work.

The Expressions of Interest must be delivered in a siled envelop, to the address below no later than Tuesday, July 15, 2014, 16h00; Finn Church Aid LACRO, 100 Sainte Therese Saint Raphael, Pétion-Ville, Haiti.

On the envelope, please write down the following: Expression of Interest for audit, lot # 1 or/and 2.

This is purely a request for expression of interest and does not in any way constitute a commitment to purchase or any other form of contractual commitment with FCA LACRO.
