Job Summary
This intermediate professionals role is to deliver basic IT support to end users in the organization's field offices. This includes project coordination, simple software implementation and deployment, first-level IT support triage, following security protocol and performing system backups. At this career level, the incumbent carries out simple IT support implementations and assignments or participates as a team member on more complex projects. He or she may coach the work of other specialists.
Qualifications Requises
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
1. Mature Christian person, based on evangelical Christian values; has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is above reproach in integrity and honesty.
2. University degree in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
3. Professional experience working in the client service support or similar discipline.
4. Minimum 3 years of System Administrator experience in a Microsoft environment including Microsoft Exchange, Server and Office.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts in lay terms.
6. Intermediate English fluency including common IT terms.
7. Ability to cooperate with other staff to resolve complex issues.
8. Ability to teach technical applications to users.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and to learn new concepts quickly.
10. Microsoft Certification is a plus.
