When a humanitarian crisis on the scale of the Haiti earthquake happens, we need access to experienced people with diverse skills who can help us respond to it as quickly and effectively as possible. In Haiti, recovery will be a long process but we’re increasing our aid effort to reach more and more people. By adding your expertise you can help us make the biggest possible difference to people’s lives across the country.

You’ll have overall responsibility for HR management in country and it will be down to you to ensure our HR strategy not only reflects the realities of life on the ground but is fully capable of delivering over the medium term.
