Introduction
IFES is seeking resumes from qualified Haïtian candidates specializing in monitoring and evaluation to work in its elections assistance program to support the Elections and Political Proceses project, 2017-2022. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will assist with the development of the project’s monitoring and evaluation plans, and articulate progress and results through analyses and report writing.
Fonctions
DUTIES: The M&E Program Officer will also be responsible for:
Development of monitoring and evaluation tools for program activities
Review and assessment of program monitoring and evaluation systems;
Collation and analysis of project performance data;
Implementation of the project’s performance monitoring system by incorporating inputs from all project activities;
Coordinate and provide M&E related technical assiatnce to project partners, as required;
Assist in the production of monitoring reports, based on project data;
Assist in the reporting M&E data into donor specific systems;
Managing the development, design, and implementation of program activities, as necessary;
Other relevant duties, as assigned by Senior Program staff.
Qualifications Requises
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will possess:
A relevant first degree (social science, research methodology)
Previous monitoring and evaluation experience,
Fluency in Creole, French and English, preferred
Computer Literacy (Wordsprocessing, Spreadsheets and Internet)
Knowledge of program design and development.
Further desired qualifications are:
A familiarity with NGO development and training assistance
Experience with donor funded programs
