A company specialized in the implementation of Telecom infrastructure; research a Financial and Commercial Analyst for immediate employment. Below is the job description.


Fonctions

•Analyze user’s reporting requirements.
•Develop report layout.
• Design ad hoc reports as required
Produce periodic reports as defined to include daily, weekly, monthly and senior management reports.
•Analyze reports and draw key insights that are reviewed by management weekly.
•Researching and analyzing quantitative data to support the Financial Team.
•Identifying and initiating changes in reports to keep pace with an ever changing environment while maintaining deadlines.
•To ensure tax reports and other legal requirements are prepared and submitted within company timelines. This includes ensuring company complies with all statutory requirements including taxation issues.
•Management of annual audit process, in an effort to have final sign-off within stipulated timelines.
•Management of all statutory Audits/investigations as the need arises.
•Lead the department initiatives for implementation of new processes/systems, and management of same for increased efficiencies and tighter control measures throughout the company.
•Ensure Capital Expenditure is in line with annual budget, and ensuring this is tracked and reported on a monthly basis, ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
•Define reports and ensure that they are created in a timely manner with the correct information.
•Perform trending and critical analysis to highlight issues and draw possible conclusions as to their causes.
•Develop strategies and procedures to maintain ongoing data integrity. Liaise with the various data warehouses and application owners to reconcile data sources in order to ensure integrity of reports.
•Look for new business opportunities.
•Analyze financial reports from the Commercial Point of View.
•Perform market and competition analysis regularly.

•Perform any other duties under demand.


Qualifications Requises

• • •1-4 years relevant experience in the commercial industry preferably in telecommunications.
•Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations in a concise manner.
•Superb attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results to tight deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
•Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative with the desire to learn new skills.
•Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
oWork independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
oStrong customer focus, including confidence in resolving issues with staff, suppliers, customers, banks, auditors, tax personnel, and other teams within the organization.
• Strong experiences with customs and PO analyzing and other.
o Ability to organize and motivate other.
o Knowledge of IFRS and company statutory requirements.
o Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
•Diploma in Finance, Business administration or any related field.
