A company specialized in the implementation of Telecom infrastructure; research a Human Ressources Coordinator for immediate employment. Below is the job description.


Fonctions

• Working closely with the HR Assistant and Administrative Staff to develop a best practice HR strategy for the Haiti Country Office, resourcing, employee relations and learning & development.
• Use tools and analysis to develop and implement employee benefit schemes and insurance packages, to recommend best practice arrangements are in place.
• Ensure that the reward policies are cost effective, competitive, equitable and implemented effectively.
• Ensure compliance of data quality in HR KPIs.
• Ensure appropriate recruitment, retention and succession of staff relevant for both development and emergencies, and career development for staff.
• Work closely with the CEO and the Administrative Staff to ensure that adequate HR inputs are provided and incorporated during proposal development and implementation of all projects/programs.
• Supervise the HR function to ensure that advice and support is provided to managers and staff on interpretation and application of policies and procedures and on other HR related matters.
• Supervise the development and implementation of dual mandate HR practices and processes aligned with the organization’s overall strategy to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Monitor and advise on disciplinary matters in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Mediate conflict, grievances and complaining cases.
• Ensure appropriate staffing within HR and Administration,
• Ensure that all department staff understand and are able to perform their roles.
• Manage team; define expectations, provide leadership and technical support as needed, and evaluate direct reports regularly.
• Ensure the recruitment, training, and promotion of staff as appropriate and ensure availability of appropriate professional development opportunities for staff.
• Incorporate staff development strategies and Performance Management System into team building process. Establish result based system and follow up,
• Manage the performance of all staff in through:
• Effective use of the Performance Management System including the establishment of clear, measureable objectives, ongoing feedback, periodic reviews and fair and unbiased evaluations;
• Coaching, mentoring and other developmental opportunities;
• Documentation of performance that is less than satisfactory, with appropriate performance improvements/ work plans.
• Facilitation of staff succession and exit plans.


Qualifications Requises

Essential:
• University degree along with additional diploma in Human Resources and Management or Administration.
• Recommended a minimum of 5 years human resources experiences, including experiences in Staff Management and Administration.
• Strong experiences and knowledges of Haiti’s labour Law.
• Ability to plan and organize a substantial workload that includes complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
• Willingness and ability to change work practices and hours, and work when it’s necessary.
• Demonstrated credibility with colleagues and the Board Representatives at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate skills in leading teams.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate qualified professional staff with strong personal value systems.
• Analytical, decision making and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to coach, mentor, delegate appropriately and provide developmental guidance to supervised staff.
• Team building skills.
• Competent level skills in core IT applications, particularly MS Office.
• Strong commitment to the values and principles of the CAMUSAT.
