next phase of growth. C2C will triple the size of the clinic network in the next 24 months and we are
seeking an experienced COO to spearhead that growth by managing a team of high-performing staff,
stewarding efficient and effective clinical operations, and leading new business development
opportunities. C2C’s new Chief Operating Officer will bring a track-record of NGO operations or
business sector leadership experience, deep knowledge of the health and development landscape in
the Northern Department of Haiti, and an entrepreneurial, inclusive and creative management style.

operational performance, including all functional areas of: patient care, inventory, facilities
management, financial management, technology, and quality assurance.
Lead a 3-4 person team of central project managers (and 30+ clinic-based staff) through the
development of efficient systems and protocols

Who You Are:
You are a motivated, self-directed, problem-solving, creative individual who has a passion for the

organization’s growth.
You are a team player who understands that the success of the organization in achieving its social
