Mission of Hope Foundation (MOH) is a non-governmental organization. It provides humanitarian and social services from fundraising activities abroad. Mission of Hope is established in the department of the West, particularly in the city of Cabaret. It is involved in several fields such as: Education, health, evangelization, food distribution, and agriculture. MOH is seeking for a Program Operation Director.

Job Summary
This position will lead and manage HaitiOne, Mission of Hope and Convoy of Hope’s joint nutrition, agriculture and women’s empowerment programs, under the direction of Mission of Hope (MOH) Haiti’s vice president of operations and Convoy of Hope’s (COH) Senior Director or other designee, and close collaboration with MOH and COH operations and program team members

1. Develop and propose annual goals, budget and operational plans and procedures in collaboration with Mission Of Hope and Convoy Of Hope
2. Provide program management and support the delivery of key agriculture, nutrition and women’s empowerment related projects
3. Build a solid leadership team and platform for ministry expansion
4. Conduct program evaluation and review of operational plan
5. Ensure excellence in program implementation
6. Help plan and facilitate program related donor trips in collaboration with Mission of Hope and Convoy Of Hope developments staff members
7. Perform program location site visits for administrative oversight and support of programs and partners
8. Ensure personal and program staff compliance with all Mission of Hope policies and procedures, as well as relevant Convoy of Hope policies and procedures, including those governing child protection
9. Assist and train the program team in collecting information and reporting on activity in program centers
10. Liaise with Mission of Hope and partner medical and Mobilization teams sharing the program vision and engaging them in Haiti as needed.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, nutrition, business or equivalent with a master’s degree in a development related field desired
• At least 3 years technical experience in food security, nutrition or community development programs and 5 years’ experience en senior leadership
• Formal training in development program operation and management
• In depth understanding of programming issues and policy work at national and international levels
• Up to date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise in at least on specialist development field
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, documentation, presentation and financial management skills

• Verbal fluency in Haitian Creole and French
• Fluent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Experience in measurement, reporting and evaluation highly desired
• Ability to travel about 15 percent of the time
