The Financial Sector Deepening Haiti project (FSDHaiti) supports USAID’s Assistance Objective of promoting a “Stable and Economically Viable Haiti.” FSDHaiti is part of a two-fold financial inclusion program and will facilitate the deepening of the financial sector ecosystem by supporting the development of an enabling environment for the increased provision and usage of basic financial services by undeserved and unserved households and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMES), particularly in the U.S. Government-supported rural and agricultural areas in Haiti.

The FSDHaiti project seeks an Analyst to…..
 Support in the development of the annual implementation plans, intervention plans, work plans,
 Provide technical and management inputs along the entire project cycle including analysis: development of Terms of Reference, contract consultants, review consultants reports, etc.;
 Collaborate on project design to develop strong, viable interventions;
 Assist in coordinating and engaging with project partners;
 Organize workshops and seminars and dissemination of learning from interventions;
 Ensure that there is technical quality control;
 Provide support to M&E manager to ensure accurate, robust, and timely inputs to the FSDHaiti M&E system;
 Contribute to the development of the annual and quarterly progress reports;
 Prepare ad hoc reports: case studies, lessons learned and best practices, forecasts and other reports as requested; and
 Provide administrative input into program reporting processes, budgets, and forecasts


Qualifications Requises

University degree (Bachelors minimum; Masters preferable) in economics, business, finance, public policy or related subjects
At least 2 years (5 years preferable) of ongoing work experience – prior donor project experience a plus
Fluency in French and English (preferable)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to follow up on tasks and to prepare meeting between different stakeholders
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of Outlook a plus.
