To maintain and increase business and brand positioning in the market through the development of marketing and communications strategies. The effective management of marketing components such as pricing, promotion, distribution and product/service offerings/features as well as the overall customer experience shall be strengthened to impact performance. Also, support in Market research through analysis, interpretation and implementation of customer research into effective marketing strategies.
Fonctions
Marketing
Define the business plan and marketing plan for each product and service in portfolio.
Define and support each product and service of the institution based on institution priority and develop appropriate marketing tactics to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor the performance of product/services and facilitate process for improvement, adaptation or change in order to meet strategic objectives and performance targets
Monitor the achievement of the objectives defined in the marketing plan in both market share, margin, commercial positioning, customer satisfaction etc.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product/services
Branding
Develop and strengthen a corporate image to meet the needs and objectives of the institution position nationally.
Ensure the brand promise and attributes are communicated and exemplified through customer touch point and communication vehicles (website, printed materials, loan officer scripts, product features etc.) in a standardized way.
Lead internal brand engagement efforts for engaging the employees/staff on the Brand
Research
Conduct or oversee the implementation of qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform marketing strategy and operations in order to meet performance and strategic objectives
Inform management of the research process, progress and implementation in order to gain resources and or priority as necessary
Train and educate personnel on data collection techniques and technology (Validata, android tablet etc.)
Identify and develop opportunities for actualizing research findings and customer insights into the customer experience and operation of the institution
Lead in discovery and development of new products and services.
Identify customer touch points and assess opportunities to improve process/experience
Marketing Communications and Promotions
Develop and monitor marketing campaigns (across all relevant media such as advertising, sales promotions etc.) and analyze their impact in coordination with operations
Provide education/training on products and services as well as topics related to marketing in order to promote products/services to customers in a uniform and feature driven manner.
Ensure brand consistency in the development of marketing communications and messaging
Develop and implement public relations strategies and tactics to build the corporate and brand image of the institution’s. public relation plans to support different strategies for sales promotion and advertising in general.
Supervision
Supervise processes, personnel and or vendors as required to perform duties.
Qualifications Requises
• Experience
5+ years of experience in marketing or communications in consumer marketing and or financial sector

• Education
Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related area,
Master degree in Marketing Preferred
Language Skills
English - 100% fluency in speaking and writing, Creole and French. Spanish a plus.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Suite – Intermediate knowledge or higher
Design programs – Preferred? (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel, advanced Flash animation, Dreamweaver)
Web administration - Basic skills with image-editing software. Web content management experience, basic HTML and WordPress skills is a plus
