The Banking Services Coordinator manages the financial operations and human resources of the Banking Service Department, ensures and oversees the implementation of all projects and related events. He/she manages and minimizes risks to the institution, the day-to-day operations of branches, prioritizes allocation of resources and assigns tasks for projects

 Introduce new services related to Banking
 Prepare and manage Banking Services’ projects
 Update all Policy and procedures manuals of the Services.
 Recruit and train new staff. Train staff when implement new procedures
 Ensure that information is reliable
 Process and verify the financial and technical data of the operations (mobile banking, transfers, exchange and other)
 Reconcile reports on repayment, disbursement, mobile and Transfers transactions
 Ensure the closure of operations within the information and management system for all branches
 Participate in the coordination and organization of employee development programs
 Prepare the modules and train the banking staff
 Facilitate communication between the teams involved in a project / event and the various partners.
 Review regularly expenditure reports, identify financial issues and take appropriate measures to ensure a balanced budget.
 Produce monthly and annual operations reports
 Establish priorities, allocation of resources and distribution of work to be assigned to each project and event
 Provide an accurate and reliable update of the progress of each project and event.
 Perform any other tasks that fall within the scope of your work, assigned by your supervisor

 Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
 4 years of experience in Banking Operations Management
 Self contrôle
 Good communication and organization skills
 Good ability to create and develop training modules
 Integrity and sense of responsibility
 Ability to work in a team and under pressure
 Ability to handle cash
 Sense of listening, analytical spirit,
