Fonctions



 Ensure timely update of organizational structure. Maintain and advice staff about new changes in HR and Admin Structure

 Manage all scheduled events for the office like trainings, staff retreat, conference…

 Coordinate with logistics to arrange travel schedules and reservations for CCO management and visitors to Haiti as needed

 Support Head of Finance & Admin in assessing the feasibility and legality of CBM contracts.

 Minute taking and dissemination of information to participants of meetings and other designated recipients upon request

 Draft all legal correspondence and translate as required and assigned by Country Representative and Senior Management Team

 Organize and maintain a filing system for HR, Admin and Financial documents

 Support the Head of Administration and Finance in assessing the feasibility and legality of CBM contracts

 Monitor all data related to holidays, sick leave, and vacation for all staff. Ensure that all data related to staff statistics and leave are being tracked and reported regularly

 Ensure timely payment of ONA, OFATMA, DGI, Staff Insurance including legal paper renewal for office and expats

 To perform Human Resources related tasks as Employment contract/ letter, Payroll, Notice Calculation

 Maintain an update inventory for stationaries for our daily operations

 Manage Petty cash for minor office expenditures

 Liaise agent with public Administration

 Other task upon request of the supervisor




Qualifications Requises

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• University degree in areas related to office administration
• At least 3 years’ experience in the field
• Strong knowledge of Ms Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Finance/ Budgeting knowledge
• Able to work independently and take initiative on identified needs.
• Excellent communication skills, good written and spoken French, English and Creole (Spanish is a plus)
• Commitment to and understanding of CBM’s aims, values and principles.
• Conflict Management
