The Senior Infrastructure/Construction Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for simultaneously managing different infrastructure or construction projects in various fields (large building construction projects is a must, others such as roads, bridges, corridors, drainage, WASH, etc. is a plus).
• Responsible for preparing the tender package for the selection of firms for design or execution of construction and infrastructure projects,
• Provides support as needed or required by Procurement and Contracts. Familiarity with international donor contracts preparation is a plus,
• Oversees and approves the deliverables for design and execution contracts,
• Oversees and provides support to supervision teams, approves invoices, calendars and other documents as required by the contracts,
• Prepares reports on work progress, budget and quality,
• Supervises site staff (engineers, controllers, etc.).

Education and skills:

• Master degree or Bachelor degree with additional documented relevant trainings or experience in construction management, architecture, or civil engineering,
• Structural design preparation and review knowledge is a plus,
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in managing infrastructure and/or construction and projects. Five (5) years of prior site experience is a must,
• Experience in working with various stakeholders such as private and public sectors, local authorities, communities, donors, NGOs and international organizations,
• Knowledge of Haitian construction regulations and codes, IBC knowledge is a plus,
• Fluent in French and Creole. English language skills is a plus.
