Introduction
JOB PURPOSE
Provide overall management to the program of Living Water Haiti and ensure the compliance of its projects to the quality standards of Living Water. The Program Manager reports to the Country Director and supervises the team implementing the different components of the program. Communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ by “providing a cup of water in Jesus’ name”.

Fonctions
• Provide competent accounting and Financial reporting for the Haiti country office;
• Maintain an up-to-date set of complete and accurate financial records, including all relevant supporting documentation for each project in accordance with LWI global policies and Government of Haiti laws’
• Coordinate and carry out specialized grant management functions;
• Establish, manage, and update the financial procedure; e.g. receipts, payments, disbursements and bookkeeping, banking, filing procedures within the Living Water Mexico and other finance-related tasks;
• Ensure accounting procedures and policies are being adhered to and internal controls exist to reduce financial risk;
• Provide timely financial information and reports to the Country Director;
• Provide overall strategic leadership and initiative for accessing resources;
• Oversee budget preparation and on-going budget management;
• Establish/maintain financial procedures and recording mechanisms;
• Model a high standard of personal Christian leadership. Ministry and integrity though lifestyle and work relationships, and provide spiritual guidance to the staff.
Qualifications Requises
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or other appropriate disciple in relevant field;
• At last 7 years of relevant financial and grants management experience;
• Knowledge of and working experience with QuickBooks accounting system;
• Proven knowledge of GAAP and practical knowledge of financial systems and internal controls;
• Proficiency in all Microsoft programs, especially excel;
• Proven skills in managing several roles at the same time;
• Attention to detail;
• Highly proficient in English;
• Communicating orally/ Presentation skills;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
