Introduction
Brasserie de la Couronne, S.A., is a carbonated soft drink manufacturer and the licensed bottler for the Coca-Cola Company in Haiti since 1927 for Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, and Gladiator. We produce the populars Cola Couronne Fruit Champagne and Couronne Lemonade. We are one of the longest running companies as well as one of the largest private sector employers in Haiti today.
Fonctions
The Stock Room Coordinator assists the Stock Room Manager in his tasks including the supervision of team members to ensure 100% internal customer satisfaction. Main activities consist to:
Coordinate and evaluate the Stock Room.
Perform and manage cycle counts.
Engage in daily tasks including process improvement, inventory control, controlling and monitoring goals.
Train new and existing staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate and coach team members to ensure adherence to safety standards, such as proper stacking/ packing techniques.
Take over monitoring, continuous improvement and reporting performance to upper management.
Plan layout of stockroom and other storage areas.
Propose technical solutions to accelerate material display.
Get approval for all inventory adjustments made by stock room staff.
Qualifications Requises
Education and Experience
University degree (Management, Logistic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent
3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in similar Industry could be a plus.
Skills and Qualifications
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holydays.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Must also be able to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
Ability to organize and plan tasks.
Must be able to speak and write French and English with proficiency.
Self-directing Able to work towards specific goals and objectives with limited daily oversight.
Familiar with ISO standards: ISO 9001: 2005, 14000: 2005 & 22002-1-2009, and OSHA 18000: 2008.
