DAI Global Health seeks Finance and Administration (FAM) candidates for an expected USAID funded health information system (HIS) project in Haiti. The purpose of the HIS project is to build capacity within the Haitian Ministry of Health (MOH) to implement, manage and oversee a comprehensive health management information system and to provide support to the MOH to develop e-health policy.

The FAM will work closely with the Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party to ensure effective financial management of the HIS activity. Responsibilities will include overseeing donor funding, and providing administrative, procurement, contracts management and human resources support.

The FAM must have:
• Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, management or related;
• At least 5 year’s experience in financial administration and contract management of similar sized international donor supported programs;
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and,
• Fluency in French, Haitian Creole and English (written and spoken).
