Introduction

Performance management, data management and information coordination are essential components of Save the Children’s Haiti Supply Chain.


Fonctions

The Logistics KPI Coordinator position has three key objectives

Lead on coordination with the procurement unit in Port-au-Prince and field offices in order to collate procurement data, update procurement trackers and share status updates with stakeholders.

Be the lead for Save the Children’s Total Inventory Management (TiM) system. This will require coordination and data collection from the stock management teams and the ability to work closely with Finance and Programme teams. Weekly share warehouse report.

Once a month the logistics team will compile their key performance indicators. This role will lead on this compilation and ensure data accuracy and on time reporting. Monthly KPI reports will be completed for Fleet, Procurement, Stock, Assets and Building Maintenance. The KPI Coordinator will therefore need to closely work with these teams to ensure correct KPI tools are in place and teams are meeting their reporting obligations.

Every quarter the logistics team will produce a quarterly report. The KPI Coordinator will ensure that the all required data is prepared in advance for the Logistics and Administration Director

Qualifications Requises

• Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) or Economics
• Management and data entry trainings.
Essential
• Extensive prior experience in logistics and procurement management in the NGO sector, within complex/large scale country programmes and in humanitarian environments
• Ability to synthesise and analyse information, and make clear, informed decisions
• Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
• Strong planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities
• Strong administration skills, a proven ability to use existing & develop filing systems and databases to ensure an auditable trail
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing and negotiation and an ability to work with remotely located stakeholders
• High proficiency in office applications such as MS Word and Excel
• Commitment to Save the Children values
• Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including travelling at short notice and for extended periods of time
• Proven ability to work across different organisational departments in order to achieve the objectives
• Working knowledge of French and Creole.

Desirable
• Field level experience in procurement and logistics for NGOs in international development and emergency programmes
• Working knowledge of English


Conditions particulières

CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
The employee must adhere to the child protection policy that supports the SCI child safety objective. In addition, he / she will have to know the local procedure for complaints, the protocol of the safeguarding of the child and the Code of Conduct of SCI indicating rules of behavior of every day as much in the personal life that professional.
