The Cold Drink Manager reports directly to the Commercial Director and is responsible for managing and controlling aspects of beverage sales within the sales territory, including the sales leadership, distribution and equipment service functions.
Manage resources – people and processes – to develop a cohesive team to increase profitable volume by providing superior customer service.
Manage, coach, train and develop assigned personnel in sales, distribution and equipment service.
Interact with branch, area and division personnel at all levels.
Manage and measure systems of profitability and volume by channel.
Manage outlet execution to Company standards through assigned personnel.
Increase profitable sales volume in all Cold Drink channels.
Make key account calls on assigned accounts to maximize volume and gross profit.
Coordinate technicians and service dispatch works.

Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or Administration; combination of two discipline will be a plus.
2 years cold drink experience in progressively responsible positions.
Experience in distribution channel could be an asset.
1 year previous cold drink management will be a plus.
Supervisory experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
