Fonctions

Objective:
Monitor compliance at the Contractors’ plants in regards to the company’s Code of Conduct, local legislation and international standards related to labor, health and safety and environmental matters. Develop and implement compliance sustainability strategies. Manage all HR aspects of the administrative office.
Main duties:
1. Ensure that Contractors comply with applicable local laws, international standards or our Code of Conduct and with the principles of BETTER WORK, WRAP, FLA, WALMART, SMETA, OSHA, etc.
2. Perform annual and preliminary CRS audits for Contractors in the Caribbean Region.
3. Follow up on audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented according to the recommendations.
4. Provide training sessions to prepare the plants for the external and international audits and help them to be better equipped for the challenges of the sector.
5. Conduct internal audits in preparation for corporate and external audits. Elaborate audit and progress reports.
6. Support contractors in Health and Safety matters, in collaboration with the Regional EHS team.
7. Oversee staff activities for our direct employees based in Haiti.
8. Coordinate our social responsibility interventions made in Haitian communities.
9. Administer the following processes
a. Performance appraisal (GPAT).
b. Salary revisions
c. Recognitions programs.
d. Labor relations (terminations, warnings, intermediation of conflicts, round tables, suggestion box, etc.), assuring practices are compliance with local legislation.
e. Recruitment process.
f. HR activities.
g. Training and Development.
h. HR services (health insurance and other benefits).
i. Support HR Director with initiatives implementation related to HR & CSR


Qualifications Requises

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in French, English and Spanish (Mandatory)
2. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
3. Experience in Human Resources
4. Experience in the Manufacturing field is desired but not mandatory
5. Ability to negotiate and lead others
6. Ability to work under pressure
