Fonctions

Primary purpose of the position:
Coordination of humanitarian projects in Haiti Country office, including and program development.

• Leading and coordinating FCA ACT Appeal project, with specific focus on the education component
• Responsible for ACT project planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, including financial
• Ensuring the quality of humanitarian response including functioning accountability measures
• Supervise the local education team
• Maintains and develops networks with partners and other relevant interest groups
• Represents FCA towards external partners (public, private and civil society) in relevant issues when requested by the CD


Qualifications Requises

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
• Proven ability to work independently and in cooperation with others in international context and with multicultural team
• Extensive knowledge of the Haitian context and FCA projects in the country
• Good knowledge of FCA thematic areas
• Extensive knowledge in humanitarian policy and standards
• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken), knowledge of Creole is an asset.
