Introduction
CBM is an international Christian development organization committed to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in low income regions of the world. CBM in Haiti aims to ensure people with disabilities have equal rights and opportunities and are empowered to actively participate in the sustainable development of their communities.
Fonctions
General Objective:
1. To support Partner Organisation to implement and monitor a coherent, inclusive and qualitative Hurricane Matthew emergency response
2. To manage admin/finance officer and ensure quality programmatic, logistic and financial monitoring of the entire response
3. To provide technical support to the partner organisations on disability inclusion, humanitarian standards and other accountability principles in close coordination with the CBM-Haiti CCO
4. To advocate and promote disability inclusive humanitarian response at local and national level with government of Haiti and other stakeholders as appropriate in close coordination with the CBM-Haiti CCO
General Reporting
Report to:
1. CBM Country Representative Haiti for administrative issues and issues related to coordination with local authorities and other stakeholders
2. CBM Emergency Response Unit - ERU Program Manager for the emergency response project management
Job Profile:
1. Oversee all activities implemented under CBM-Haiti Hurricane Matthew Emergency Response
2. To support partner organisations to implement and monitor a coherent, inclusive and quality Hurricane Matthew emergency response in Haiti
3. Provide technical support to partner organisation to ensure compliance to humanitarian standards, disability inclusion and admin and financial accountability standards of CBM in close coordination with the CBM-Haiti
4. To coordinate with the CBM-Haiti CCO through regular meetings and updates
5. Develop and ensure proper monitoring system following ERU format and requirements
6. To support partners to ensure that narrative and financial reporting and communication materials are submitted in timely manner and are of high quality
7. To provide information for the 3-month, 6-month and 1-year report and if need be to respond to media requests
8. To provide management support to the admin/finance officer to ensure the logistic, admin and financial monitoring of the project (call up of funds, acknowledgement of receipt of funds, procurement of materials, utilisation of expenses and compliance with accountability principles.)
9. To participate in coordination meeting (cluster meeting) and ensure advocacy for inclusion of disability in close coordination with the CBM-Haiti CCO
10. To continuously assess situation and support partner organisation to re-adjust activities as per need after discussion with line management
11. To facilitate documentation of learnings and evaluation of the response

Qualifications Requises
Professional and Personal Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, development studies or any other relevant area
Skills:
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management
Knowledge of humanitarian system and work
Good networking and communication skills
Knowledge on disabilities or other at risk groups
English fluency, both written and verbal, is a requirement

Professional Experience:
Experience in emergency response management or coordination with at least experience in project management (minimum seven years)
