We are seeking an experienced and qualified Food & Beverage Manager to bring refreshing ideas & vibe. The Manager will oversee the following areas of Food & Beverage :
~ Le Michel Restaurant
~ Whisky Bar & Terrace
~ Lobby "Rendezvous" Bar
~ BWP Banquet, Catering & Events
In our new organizational plan the Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team experience. Will also require to train , develop and deliver productivity within the F&B team members.
We are seeking a team player, who is a leader and motivator, and who can also multi-task to manage the administrative functions and revenue management requirements of the position to highest standards :
F&B Budget
Submit Reports
Inventory Control
Cost & Profits
Set and Deliver Revenue Goals
Conduct Daily & Weekly Team Meetings with Line Level Team Members
Conduct Quarterly Training Sessions
Attend & review F&B numbers, targets, performance, challenges at the weekly management meetings
Food & Beverage Manager will report directly to the Hotel General Manager and required to develop a good working relationship with all managers especially The Chef , Kitchen Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Events Specialist, F&B Coordinator, Trade Analyst, Purchasing Manager & Sales Manager.

· Hotel & Restaurant Executive Management Experience is a must
· Food & Beverage, Hospitality and/or Management Degree
· Speaks a minimum of 3 languages , with two preferably being French, English and/or Creole.
Qualifications Requises
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
Supervisory experience required.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
