Introduction

Project Medishare is a non-profit organization working in Haiti dedicated to sharing its human and technical resources with its Haitian partners in the quest to achieve quality healthcare and development services for all.
Project Medishare is looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-driven, and highly focused individual to take on a managing grants and health programs at Project Medishare.

Applicants must have solid experience in grant-reporting, be passionate about the field of global health and development, and have a strong desire to engage with various stakeholders in the program.


The position is a full-time position, based in Haiti (PAP or Thomonde with travel to both) with the position reporting to the Executive Director of Project Medishare.



Fonctions

Partner Liaison and Development: Establish and nurture supportive and highly collaborative working relationships with all internal and external program collaborators and contributors in order to engage the academic, research, technical, and other expertise required to meet program deliverables. This position will be responsible for the logistics of hosting donor and partner visits.

Program Management: Experience implementing health programs in accordance with the policies, procedures, and methods of the program model (with agreed upon local modifications). Help lead team on the ground on design and implementation of grant-funded activities for the Central Plateau program. Working with the administrative team to ensure budgets and financial reports are put together for program reporting and proposals.

Grant reporting: In collaboration with the staff in Haiti and Miami, help write and gather information for reports on health activities for relevant donor reports and proposals. Contribute to the communications and development of materials and research as required for grants/donors.


Communications: Contribute to the development of communications materials and research for key donors.


Qualifications Requises

At least three years, experience working in highly professional, dynamic, and highly responsive environments, internationally or in Haiti.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED




Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field (Public Health, Non-profit administration)- 25% travel outside Port-au-Prince

Fluent in English and Haitian Creole or French. Writing skills in English required.
