HOME Activity (M&E) Manager: The HOME Activity (M&E) Manager will have the primary responsibility for the following:
• Track and monitor the implementation of all tasks under the HOME project;
• Manage data collection and data quality activities;
• Provide housing development technical support to the project and partner institutions;
• Develop, maintain and monitor relationships with financial institutions and other housing counterparts;
• Communicate and collaborate with on-going donor initiatives to develop financial products and services for those projects and their partner associations.


Qualifications Requises

Minimum Qualifications: • At least eight (8) years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation or project management;
• Experience in overseeing direct technical assistance;
• Experience working on donor projects, developing project documents, corresponding budgets, and monitoring and evaluation plans;
• Robust knowledge of housing development in Haiti or in similar developing county contexts;
• Knowledge of advanced concepts in financial inclusion, including housing finance mobile financial services and one or more of the following: savings, remittances, financial literacy;
• Experience working directly with or in financial institutions;
• BA/BS or equivalent university degree in a relevant field required.
