Chemonics International, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a Helpdesk Technician for the USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project.
Fonctions
The successful applicant will work in coordination with the IFMS IT staff to provide technical support to the project, and maintain the inventory of all the IT equipment of the project.
Qualifications Requises
• Minimum 3 years of IT Helpdesk experience.
• Experience in setup of LAN/WAN, wireless and inter-networking protocols including network separation / segmentation.
• Strong experience in Cisco equipment switch, router; firewall will be a plus.
• Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP Network, IP Address schema.
• Good knowledge of Static and Dynamic Routing Protocols, NAT, Port Forwarding, Access list.
• CCNA R&S certification, Network + certification or any other equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others.
