The company is involved in manufacturing of building materials as well as performing construction projects utilizing the products manufactured by the company from our recently opened factory in Port au Prince. The company has grown quickly since the launch of its operations in 2011 and is now in need of an experienced Financial Manager to join our growing team.
As the company has grown the need for a strong finance manager has arisen to handle the financial services requirements of the company specifically related to ensuring compliance with Haitian corporate and tax laws.

Manage all accounts receivable and payable
Manage company payroll
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Manage outsourced functions
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds.
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Strategic recommendations on proper capital structure, key business metrics and operational efficiency
Budgets and reporting

Degree in accounting/finance related field or business management
5+ years in a management role in finance department
Strong QuickBooks background
Strong MS Excel skills
Some knowledge of construction industry desirable
Fluent oral and written English and French some Haitian Creole
