The best candidates will have a desire to work independently in a fast paced startup environment. We are looking for candidates with strong business skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

*Has reliable transportation, phone, computer and internet access to meet with customers, partners, and team on a regular basis
*Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, finance, engineering, or comparable experience
*Goes above and beyond expectations on the team and our customers
*Highly organized and great attention to detail
*Excellent follow-up and documentation skills
*Comfortable using CRM, SaaS, and MS office software
*Wants to grow professionally and personally
*1-2 years experience working in teams
*Experience managing supplier relationships
*Experienced Project Manager

Additional Qualifications:
*Has friends or colleagues who own businesses that provide critical community services (ie food, water, etc).
*Experience in operations, business development, financial, credit, renewable energy, or engineering a plus
*Bachelor's and/or Masters in a related field is a nice to have, but not required
