Haitian civil society organization working with small farmers is seeking to recruit a Coordinator. He/she will be based in Port-au-Prince with frequent trips in rural areas.
Fonctions
He/she will maintain permanent relation with member’s organizations, help them build their capacities, prepare training in areas of member’s weakness, manage the organization and its program, write proposals and reports and represent the organization at national and international level.
Qualifications Requises
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have University degree in sociology, law, agronomy, communication, or related fields. He/she should be fluent in Creole and English and be free to travel in the countryside and abroad.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have five years of working experience with civil society and small farmers.
