Chemonics International, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for the USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project.
Fonctions
The successful applicant will work in coordination with the IFMS program staff, including the Communications Officer and the IT department.
Qualifications Requises
QUALIFICATIONS and KEY COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 3 years of M&E experience on USAID Projects in Haiti
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Familiarity with USAID DevResults program for capturing project results
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
• Ability to conduct data and information analysis
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders, especially primary stakeholders
• Fluency in French and English
• Computer skills with experience in data processing and with computers
• Advanced skills in Excel.
