Chemonics International, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a Software Engineer for the USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project.
Fonctions
The successful applicant will work in coordination with the IFMS IT staff and the IT directors of ministries and other institutions of the Government of Haiti to establish data exchanges, using the Unified Exchange Platform. Anticipated start date is January 4, 2016.
Qualifications Requises
• Minimum 3 years of IT software development experience with SQL-based database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Experience in requirement analysis and documentation writing; business process re-engineering; enterprise-level data analysis; Oracle, SQL Server or other leading RDBMS required.
• Demonstrated understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others.
