New international organisation based in UK is currently looking for a quality controller
Fonctions
Ensure that goods that will be manufactured are in compliance with the company’s quality standards.
Main duties:
1. Perform all necessary quality checks to ensure the product meets all required standards.
2. Monitor quality and prepare periodic reports.
3. Oversee the delivery of customer service, promptly investigating claims and providing feedback.
4. Manage the performance of Auditors, setting SMART objectives at the beginning of the review period, providing ongoing feedback and appraising them at the end of the period.
5. Oversee and supervise the work of Auditors.
6. Ensure the correct application of audit systems.
7. Proactively propose solutions to reduce cases of irregular quality.
Qualifications Requises
1. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related field
2. 4+ years of progressive experience in the manufacturing field, in latin american and caribbean regions
3. 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
4. Strong leadership skills
5. Computer literate, strong excel skills
6. Fluently written and spoken English
7. Spanish is a plus
8. Proactive and open to changes
9. Ability to frequently travel within the country
10. Ability to occasionally travel abroad
11. Process improvement tools knowledge
12. Data analysis skills (Ability to detect negative trends to avoid issues)
13. Capacity of process/results improvement based in the analysis
