GENERAL PURPOSE: Plan, direct, and monitor the activities and operations of the our facilities and maintenance teams, including site maintenance, sewing machines, generators, facility construction and renovation. Supervise and lead assigned teams. Provide highly responsible support to facility leaders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, plan, implement, and administer facilities team goals and create a budget for anticipated repairs.
• Direct and oversee implementation of the facilities team work plan, assigned work, activities, and projects.
• Monitor and control expenditures to properly administer facilities.
• Recommend maintenance strategy and policy and procedures.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to maintenance teams.
• Develop or participate in writing specifications for equipment, systems, and services.
• Create request for proposals and negotiate contract/vendor proposals.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate personnel; implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies including OSHA, fire codes, city ordinances, etc.
• Make routine inspections with maintenance teams to ensure that the highest levels of maintenance standards are in place for the group.
• Prepare a report the group’s leadership team of repairs that need to be done monthly, to track progress.
• Ensure that facilities management maintains a high level of emergency preparedness at all times, and serve as a key player in all facilities-related emergency response situations.
• Evaluate maintenance/facilities operations on an on-going basis; recommend change to ensure efficient results.
• Review and evaluate projects in progress, contract compliance, and quality control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

-A minimum of 5 years maintenance management experience.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-Knowledge of sewing machines, Diesel Engines, Electronics, Hydraulics
-Good Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Monday to Saturday, from 7h00 AM to 5h00 PM
