a Network Administration Advisor to serve as a consultant to the GOH Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) under the USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project. This is an advisory level position funded initially for 6-9 months.
Qualifications Requises
QUALIFICATIONS and KEY COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 4 years of IT Network Specialist experience in installing and configuring Cisco equipment: bridge, router, and switch.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.
• Experience in troubleshooting Cisco equipment required.
• Experience in Cisco ASA Firewall required.
• Certification CCNA is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others.
• Fluency in written and spoken English language.
