Preble-Rish Haiti S.A is Civil Engineering, construction and surveying firm established in Haiti since 2011. PRH is committed, apart from civil construction, to providing professional engineering services such as civil, environmental, and transportation design including: Wastewater Treatment Plants, Water Plants, Roads and Bridges, Drainage and Flood Evaluations, Landfills, Mining Projects, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Developments. Today, PRH is full-service construction and consulting engineering firm delivering innovative solutions from a skilled group of professional and is looking to expand its team.
Fonctions
* Review designs, calculations, technical drawings, bill of quantities, and specifications in compliance with all relevant design codes and standards.
* Oversee daily construction activities according to drawings, plans and budget.
* Assist in the administration of project evaluation and monitoring activities.
* Ensure that accurate and detailed information regarding the projects are reported to both Senior Engineers and Project Managers.
* Ensure that accurate and detailed records and photographs of project matters are formulated and filed.
* Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures
* Resolving design and developing problems.
* Managing budgets and project resources.
* Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
* Scheduling weekly planning for site foremen in order to follow the work planning.
* Making sure the project complies with legal requirements.
* Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
Qualifications Requises
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of experience in water resources (water, sanitation, hygiene)
* Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of Preble-Rish Haiti.
* Excellent written and oral technical communication skills in French, Creole and preferably in English
* Be able to work in a high-pressure environment
* High proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* Must be flexible and willing to work as a team player and carry out duties as tasked
* Open to Haitian Nationals
