Introduction
Announcement for the Hiring of a Senior Project Manager
Care 2 Communities (C2C) operates two primary health care clinics in northern Haiti. We believe that health services should be high-quality, affordable, and convenient for community members. Both clinic financial sustainability and patient satisfaction are at the heart of our model.
C2C is growing in northern Haiti and we seek to hire a Senior Project Manager who will lead C2C’s regional growth while simultaneously managing the day to day logistics of clinic operations. C2C currently operates two clinics (in Camp Coq and Acul du Nord) and will be expanding the clinic portfolio to 5 or 6 within 24 months. The Senior Project Manager must demonstrate a high-level of organization and independence, and a willingness to do whatever is needed for the success of the organization. This position reports to the C2C Country Manager (based in Port-au-Prince), works closely with two US-based colleagues, and requires travel in the northern and [potentially] north-eastern departments.
