Fonctions

Primary objective of the job:
• Manage day to day operations for NewCom Jamaica to deliver innovative Value Added Services that will maximize subscriber usage and improve revenue streams.
• Oversee operations in Haiti offices and drive target achievement.
• Build and drive NewCom team in Haiti to:
o Achieve Monthly Revenue targets;
o Create and develop new ideas for future services and improve on existing ones;
o Work with clients (Digicel or 3rd party) to assess service requirements, and identify and implement viable solutions to meet requirements;
o Troubleshoot and resolve service affecting issues.

• (1) Project Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
o Drive and achieve revenue targets within Haiti
o Oversee NewCom Haiti operations and drive target achievement.
o Help develop company plans and business strategies.
o Help manage company profitability in accordance with company’s product margin goals by working closely with relevant internal and external teams (i.e. Digicel; 3rd party providers etc.) to drive target achievement.
o Actively implement new service offerings for launch based on target audience, current service offerings and performance of current and past services.
o Help to identify and monitor known operational risks; overseeing steps to mitigate them and devising actions plans to tackle them if they ever become real issues.
o Work with clients (Digicel or 3rd party) to assess product requirements, and propose and implement viable solutions.
o Work with VAS business manager to develop relevant value added services for Haiti.
o Work with group operations to ensure all operational duties are completed.
o Work with Technical team to ensure timely delivery of product solutions for clients.
o Build solid relationships and liaise with key internal stakeholders to have NewCom services provisioned on Digicel’s Haiti network in a timely manner: VANs Team, Billing Team, MIS Team etc.
o Manage project manager to ensure all operational requirements to support commercials in Haiti are done and approved in a timely manner to support customer needs.
o Motivate team and implement HR policies
o Monitor competitors’ activities. Deploy strategies to maintain edge over other services.
o Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications Requises

o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent Business discipline.
o A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales or commercial with an understanding of Value Added Service (VAS) role and responsibility for meeting revenue target in mobile telecommunications desired.
o A solid understanding and interpretation of finance and accounting: ability to analyze and interpret financial results including budget control.
o Understanding of analytics
o Knowledge of regulatory and other Compliance, product, and user related issues.
o Knowledge of
o Telecom as relates to Product and VAS offerings.
o Various VAS products, current trends, market dynamics and customer needs
o Demonstrated ability to manage teams and internal and external stakeholder relationship.
o Project Management experience would be a major plus
