Introduction

POSITION DESCRIPTION

He / She specializes in coordinating and carrying out directly process implementations products and electronic banking services. The position involves interaction with customers, coordination with Relationship Managers and direct alignment with the TTS team and Product Sales Consultants. He / She builds profitable, long-term relationships, orchestrating delivery of superior products and services to our corporate clients adding value to the Treasury processes. The position covers a broad spectrum of product management responsibilities, including but not limited to: data analysis, monthly balances core exercise execution and BAU initiatives management.
It is a position that will report directly to GTS


Fonctions

RESPONSABILITIES

• Responsible for the process of implementing Cash Management and Trade products and perform a detailed review of documents received to open/update/close, local & NY accounts.

• Maintenance of users, both internal and external, in Citidirect for transaction initiation/approval.

• Request CitiDirect activations. Coordinate with Customers CitiDirect trainings.

• Responsible for entry/map implementations in the bank reporting system CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and due tracking.

• Responsible for the process of opening, closure and maintenance of NY bank accounts including checking and sending documents to NY.

• Manages and analyzes day to day business operations for Cash/Trade products, to improve quality of service CitiService Officer

• Reduce MIFT transactions promoting the migration to CitiDirect.

• Maintains current relationships and develops cash business from under penetrated clients.

• Back-up for TTS Head


Qualifications Requises

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related
• Strong knowledge in Technology (Txt files, etc.)
• Fluent in English and French (written & verbal), Spanish a plus
• Time Management Skills
• Fluent in Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point, MS Project, Customer Relationship Management (E-Commit), etc.
• Knowledge of Citidirect and Banking processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and high disposition for customer service
• Ability to work in group

Experience

- More than 2 years of experience in Technology and Sales.
