ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Sèvis Finansye FONKOZE, S.A. (SFF) is a Haitian non bank financial institution specializing in microfinance. Our aim is to lift families and communities out of poverty while operating in a financially self-sustaining manner. Today, we serve more than 200,000 clients through a network of 45 branch offices and 2,000 credit centers spread throughout all 10 departments of Haiti. Fonctions

ABOUT THE JOB:
FONKOZE is seeking a Training Manager to spearhead its dynamic capacity building endeavor. The incumbent will design, develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate training programs that support SFF’s (SMART) objectives. Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing employees’ personal development plans. Develop and manage a yearly training program for managers and staff to increase their skills and capacity to enhance job performance.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Orientation Program
• Ensure all employees go through an orientation process as per HR Policies & Procedures Manual
• Develop a criteria to assess the effectiveness of the orientation process

Training & Development
• Conduct an annual training needs analysis to assess training gaps
• Develop a yearly training plan with the appropriate budget which includes technical and soft skills training that address gaps identified in the training needs assessment
• Review and evaluate training programs to assess transfer of learning from the classroom to the job, effectiveness of training methodology, and skill level of trainers

Performance Management Process
• Provide training and instruction to managers on the performance management process, conducting a performance appraisal meeting and developing individual development plans
• Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for the HR Team


Qualifications Requises

QUALIFICATIONS:
• University Degree preferably with a concentration in Business and Human Resources
• Broad knowledge of developing, conducting and evaluating training programs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct programs that match various learning styles
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in Creole and English
• Strong interpersonal, mathematical, technological, analytical, and writing skills
