Based in Washington, D.C., the firm has presence in 20 countries worldwide. Creative is seeking candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded education project in Haiti, based in Port-au-Prince.
Fonctions
The objective of the four year project (“Retounen Lekol”) is to support the Haitian Ministry of Education to increase safe and equitable access to quality education for out-of-school children and youth aged 12-18 through the provision of an accelerated learning program and to strengthen the Ministry’s and other stakeholders’ capacity to sustain such programs. Creative is looking to assemble a strong team whose combined skills and experience can achieve these goals. Please see the list of positions and required qualifications stated below:
Qualifications Requises
Master’s degree in related field.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in designing, managing and implementing M&E. systems, preferably in donor-funded projects.
Familiarity with USAID M & E policies and procedures.
Experience managing databases and knowledge of standard off-the-shelf Microsoft software.
Fluency in English, French required; Haitian Creole preferred.
