Creative Associates International, Inc. (Creative) is a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm that specializes in international development in the areas of education, democratic transitions and stabilization in post-conflict environments. Based in Washington, D.C., the firm has presence in 20 countries worldwide. Creative is seeking candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded education project in Haiti, based in Port-au-Prince.

The objective of the four year project (“Retounen Lekol”) is to support the Haitian Ministry of Education to increase safe and equitable access to quality education for out-of-school children and youth aged 12-18 through the provision of an accelerated learning program and to strengthen the Ministry’s and other stakeholders’ capacity to sustain such programs. Creative is looking to assemble a strong team whose combined skills and experience can achieve these goals. Please see the list of positions and required qualifications stated below:

For all positions, BA/BS in education or related field with experience in developing accelerated learning programs,
Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience on similar projects.
Experience with USAID education programs, in general, and in Haiti, in particular, preferred
Fluency in English, French required; Haitian Creole preferred.
