Chemonics seeks deputy chief of party candidates and technical specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded early grade reading program. This program aims to improve reading and writing skills in Haitian Creole and French for 100 million children in primary grades in the development corridors of Cap Haitien, Saint Marc, and Port-au-Prince. Accountant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, project management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience working on donor-funded projects required; USAID highly preferred.

• Experience managing project accounts and providing monthly financial report.

• Fluency in oral French and Haitian Creole required; written English preferred.
