Introduction
Chemonics seeks deputy chief of party candidates and technical specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded early grade reading program. This program aims to improve reading and writing skills in Haitian Creole and French for 100 million children in primary grades in the development corridors of Cap Haitien, Saint Marc, and Port-au-Prince. Fonctions
Partners Fund Manager
Responsibilities
• Under the supervision of the Senior Operations/Partners Fund Manager, manage and monitor the implementation of the project’s partners fund.
• Establish and maintain a tracking system for preparing solicitations, evaluating proposals, and monitoring sub-award performance, invoicing, and payment.
• Participate in conducting institutional assessments and diagnostic analysis of potential partners.
• Ensure compliance with USAID regulations related to fair and open competition in the award of subcontracts and other sub-awards.
• Develop branding and marking plans and ensure environmental compliance with partners.
• Monitor compliance of all subcontracts and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications Requises
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• At least five years of experience with USAID or other donor-funded projects.
• Experience ensuring compliance of subcontracts and other sub-awards with USAID rules and regulations highly preferred.
• Experience working with local partners with limited capacity strongly preferred.
• Experience tracking and reviewing sub-award budgets required.
• Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, including preparation of graphs, tables and charts with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in French and Haitian Creole required; English preferred.
