Introduction
Chemonics seeks deputy chief of party candidates and technical specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded early grade reading program. This program aims to improve reading and writing skills in Haitian Creole and French for 100 million children in primary grades in the development corridors of Cap Haitien, Saint Marc, and Port-au-Prince. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world
Fonctions
Partners and Stakeholder Liaison
o Role:
Identify donor, government, and civil society stakeholders to engage in the implementation of the project at the national, departmental, and district levels.
Develop a Stakeholder Collaboration Plan that lays out specific consultation and coordination mechanisms for collaborating with and monitoring other organizations that are using and/or expanding the project reading methodology.
Assist the DCOP to build and maintain relationships with MENFP and other local partners.
Qualifications Requises
o Qualifications:
Experience in education development projects in Haiti.
Experience working and collaborating with the MENFP and other Government of Haiti entities.
Experience working with local partners and other donors active in the education sector.
Fluency in French and Haitian Creole is required; English preferred.
