Medicines for Humanity is a non-profit and non-governmental organization dedicated to saving the lives of children in impoverished communities worldwide.

This position will be responsible for the day to day management of the project “Building Capacity to Save Lives in Haiti” based in Riviere Froide, Haiti. This position will work closely with our primary partners on the project, the Little Sisters of Saint Therese, and the MFH Country Coordinator. This will be done with a focus on MFH’s mission of saving the lives of vulnerable children and women in both the short and long term.

• Associate’s degree in public health or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Written and spoken fluency in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) and Skype.
• Familiarity with maternal and child health, nutrition, and community health programs.
• Familiarity with Haitian Ministry of Public Health structure and procedures a plus.
• Experience working with Congregations of Women Religious (Nuns) a plus
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
