: The Haiti Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics Fondation in Haiti. The goal of the IFMS is to provide continued assistance and support to the Government of Haiti’s Ministry of Economy and Finance in the development of a full and complete Integrated Financial Management System to enhance governance efforts and combat corruption.
Fonctions
This is a full-time, three-year position with the USAID-funded Haiti Integrated Financial Management System IFMS). Employee will work as a member of a three-person IT team supporting the improvement and expansion of the IFMS network in the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). Some travel required in Port-au-Prince and occasional travel to other municipalities in Haiti outside the PAP metropolitan area. Specific duties include:
• Gather, analyze and manage business and system requirements and designs and reengineering of business processes.
• Manage project vendors to ensure timely deliverables within budget and scope.
• Develop and manage technical sections of subcontract documents.
• Contribute to software market research including RfP development, cost benefit analysis, and selection process.
• Recommend strategies to streamline systems for effectiveness and efficiency, considering client needs and team dynamics.
• Make presentation and train counterparts as needed through small group trainings and information dissemination as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.
• Experience in requirement analysis and management required.
• Experience in business process re-engineering required.
• Experience in enterprise level data analysis required.
• Experience in SQL Server or other leading RDBMS required.
• Demonstrated understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
