TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

The Technical Support Supervisor is focused on ensuring that the members of the Technical Support Team provide an exceptional and consistent support and services to the Church partners and beneficiaries. He Proposes, provides and coordinates technical support strategies and opportunities within the National Partner Development Strategy which supports Church Partner needs.

Close walk with God; wise and consistent behavior; stewardship based on evangelical Christian values; very broad and deep expertise in the area of human growth and development, preferably in child development.
2. University degree in Management.
3. Three years experience in management.
4. Strong analytical capabilities
5. Require experience in well design and risk management
6. Able to foster open communication and accomplish goals with many stakeholders involved.
7. Able to supervise high level, experienced program specialists.
8. Able to lead a very diverse team.
9. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in languages relevant to the country and in English.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for relating cross-departmentally and organizationally

Able to travel in the country side and outside of the country
