Excellent spoken and written English:general ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form;
specific skills in writing technical reports,press releases and articles/stories for international organizations.
Advanced University Degree in Communication,Journalism,Public Relations; or equivalent professionnel work experience in the communication area combined with university degree in a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in managing development communication.
Knowledge of computer sysytems and applications,specifically interactive digital media.
Experience with an international NGO and an awareness of the special pressures involved.
